For making house/office/shop/showroom furniture, kitchen cabinets, counters, table tops, partitions, T.V. Cabinets/trollies, false ceiling, doors, bedroom furnitures, conference tables, workstation computer and household furniture.
All these laminated chipboards, Hardboards, MDG can be sawed, drilled and growing can be done in the usual way. To obtain smooth & unchipped edges, it is recommended to use good cutting tools. A fine edge finish can be achieved by use of fine abrasive paper or a file with light

Processing & Bonding Material Specifications.
All of these laminates can be sawed, drilled and milled in the usual way. To obtain clear edges, it is recommended to use good cutting tools. Any remaining unfinished edges can be removed by use of fine abrasive paper or a file.
These sheets can be bonded with ease to any wooden surface,fibre boards and hard boards. Make sure the surface of base material is free from any contamination and is properly sanded and dry. A good quality adhesive and bonding material is recommended for best results. Contact Adhesive require short,but firm pressure to achieve proper bonding. Instructions of the adhesive manufacturers should be followed particularly concerning processing temperature, quantity of glue to be applied, pre-drying time and tools for application.

Hygiene and Upkeep
All of these decorative laminates are water resistant, abrasion resistant and do not burn easily. They are easy to clean by use of conventional cleaning agents which do not contain any abrasive or strong alkaline substances.
