It has been observed that our valued customers, professionals, Architects, Interior Designers are showing their concerns about unavailability of our various colours in the market. We would like to submit as under.

• As a general business practice, we have to keep a closed vigil on our inventory of raw material and finished products which is maintained in proportion to sales trend of each colour. Therefore, in a bid to keep on adding new colours and varieties in our range, obviously, we have to delete certain those colours which are dead or are very slow moving. Moreover, most of the times, we don't get the décor paper (raw material) from the supplier due to quantity restriction or discontinuation at their end. We can, of course, consider to maintain the stock of such slow moving colours also for sometime in case of availability, provided we receive advance information from professionals or the users about their idea of using any of such colors in their some ongoing or upcoming project. However, it is practically not possible for any manufacturer to commit maintaining the inventory of all product range for longtime or for any particular time period until and unless it is notified and reserved in advance by its intended user.

• Also, as usual we would continue submitting our patronized customers the physical sample chains (which also include a tag card mentionaly No. of pices & issue date) either by personal visits, by mail or through exhibitions etc. at the same time, our sample chains can also sought from our Head Office, Formite House, Formite Display Centre and Dealers as and when required.
